Free workshops to work through what it takes to lose the weight, diminish the pain or reach well-being, and change so maintaining is more a given than a feared unknown. This includes an audio and directions on where to go and follow through with daily conversations and or assignments.
A group environment to work with others on similar issues, bond and make friends
A personal, although readable by others log with Carlene where we will tweak your food and exercise and discuss and find solutions for your personal challenges.

Diet programs are the most sought-after programs on the internet. Yet, very few actually follow them through to the end, and even fewer maintain those losses. Why?
Because we think of dieting as short term. We think because we live in a world of abundance, that we deserve to partake in it. That because other people don’t have to sacrifice where food is concerned we should not have to either. That is where we are wrong. And if we don’t change that mindset then we will always hate eating differently than others. And we will once again, return to our old ways, ways that made us and kept us fat.

We can no longer continue to live as we have if what we want is health. Whether you come to work with us for weight loss, pain management, or well-being if you aren’t open to change how you see food, how you use food, you will never be able to maintain a healthy vital life.
Choose to change, make the right choices each day. Look at food and ponder, do I want this tongue satisfaction or do I want to feel good about what I am doing for my health and well-being.
Find (I will help you do this) a diet that you feel is right for you. There will be one for weight loss and one for maintenance, but you must be convicted to that diet. You must own it, not hate it. If you constantly feel as though you are sacrificing to be thin, pain-free, better balanced in today’s world, then you won’t be able or willing to do it long term. Be convicted!
Be open to change, each day each choice gives you the opportunity to see what it is you need to do to change old behaviors and adopt new ones that fit into your conviction. If you are closed to change, if you feel your way or no way, then this is not the program for you. I’m not saying it’s my way or no way. I’m saying you have to be willing to work on you, to change your relationship towards food.
Perseverance. It takes hard work for change to really happen. You have to be willing to fight through old behaviors, you have to be willing to get up when you fall, you have to be willing to forgive yourself for not being perfect. It is only through perseverance and change that you will be able to find the life you seek.
Patience with your body and yourself. Weight loss, pain, well-being. These things do not happen just because you want them to. And even if you are perfect every day, they don’t always happen on your time frame. We will talk a lot about this your first week Working With Carlene.
If you truly want this, you have to be open to accepting responsibility for your chooses. You have to believe the path you have chosen is right and good and not deprivation and sacrifice. You must be open to change your relationship toward food and the belief it is your right to eat whatever you want when you want. You must be convicted toward this new path you are on. And most importantly you must fight through all the desires to quit and give up. You must persevere and through that have patience with yourself and your body as it goes through the processes it needs to do to achieve the physical changes you came here for.

A Daily Log with Carlene where she helps you tweak your diet and exercise and gets you through the struggles of dieting.
Optional Group Discussions to bond with other members so you don’t feel alone on this journey
Workshops. Right now there are 4 free workshops you can do at your own pace: Finding Your Perfect Diet, Emotions 101, Priority One (That means you) and Respond Don’t React (Emotional Eating 201). You are also eligible to do all upcoming workshops as Carlene creates them.

Finding Your Perfect Diet
- All the basics of how to find the right diet for you based on food preferences, current health issues, lifestyles, family obligations, past history, type of eater you are, etc.
- We will do the same to get you off on the right walking/exercise plan.
- This is individualized one on one work with Carlene.
Emotional Eating 101 Workshop
- This is a beginners workshop to learn to understand the emotions and stress in your life and how to recognize day to day stress and emotions from the big ones. You will learn ways not to go to food over the day to day emotions from audios, one-on-one discussions with Carlene and group discussions.
Priority One Workshop
- Learn to be the Foundational Arch of your family
- Learn to stop being the martyr and take care of yourself
- Learn that it is okay to say no
Respond Don’t React Workshop (Emotions 201)
- Learn the truth behind your emotional eating
- Learn how to take a breath, think and respond to emotions rather than react to them
- Learn ways to understand motivations for emotions as a vehicle to off plan foods

This is a warning: If you want to keep living a life of sadness with your weight and health, and distress with being trapped in a never-ending cycle of weight and emotional ups and downs, do not take this class!
